Business Development / OEM Account Manager - Netherlands

The opportunity
We are looking for a team player with technical knowledge responsible for driving and supporting the development of new businesses focusing on OEM customers. In line with the strategic business plan, you will identify target customers and position yourself as a trusted advisor. You will be a part of the Benelux/France team which means that your support might be needed in those areas as well.
The majority of your day will be spent at customers' sites where your focus is to drive long-term customer relationships that create benefits for all parties. You will act as a technical advisor on concept level and as a product consultant in your field. In this job, among other things, you will be prospecting and approaching new customers on the phone, visiting and attending fairs, following up on leads and doing quotations with the goal of closing them.
You will work with the latest technology and have the opportunity to impact an organization that conforms to and believes in the knowledge, passion and experience of its people being the strategic strength.
The successful applicant
We believe that you have previous experience and a strong track record in B2B sales within an international, industrial technology environment. In addition, your experience should be driven by introducing high-value solutions and services to new customers.
You have the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels in an organization. This, combined with the ability to organize and manage a portfolio of tasks, means you are not only able to develop, but also to implement strategic business plans.
You are a team player who builds trust, both internally and externally, which will energize your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and passion for business.
