Production Engineer - Temporary position

The opportunity
Our production site in Malmö focuses on final assembly and testing. We are now looking for a Production Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis of approximately one year.
You will be responsible for production planning, developing and improving production processes, and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
In this role, it is important to be proactive, solution-oriented and always look for ways to improve our production. You will represent Beijer within your area of expertise and will also create reports and documentation that others rely on.
The successful applicant
You are a team player who enjoys the strength that a great team can bring. You have high energy, work in a structured and organized way, and are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working to find the right solution.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving. Things do not always go as planned, but you are persistent and always look for a way forward. You take ownership, make decisions and drive things through, while being comfortable questioning what is on the table.
Strong communication skills are important, both verbally and in writing.
To narrow it down a bit, it would be great if you could tick some of the boxes below:
Minimum three years of experience in a production environment. Electronic production and assembly are preferable
Experienced working in ESD-controlled environments
Experience in reading 2D/3D design
Experience working in an ERP system
Good to have experience in Lean Production
Good to have is experience in leading projects
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
