Customer Success Engineer - Nordic

The opportunity
We seek a tech-driven Solution Engineer for our Nordic CSE team. You’ll lead technical solution implementations, travel to meet customers, and work with sales on projects. Your role spans pre- and post-sales, making you a trusted advisor with deep tech skills. You’ll anticipate customer needs, share your expertise, and build strong relationships. If you’re committed, driven, and focused on customer satisfaction, you’ll add that extra spark to our team.
The successful applicant
You should have 3-4 years of experience in problem-solving within an international B2B setting. Building relationships and gaining trust are your strengths, and you excel at working both independently and as a team player. Experience in project management is a plus, but it won't be required. A solid understanding of our software, hardware, and third-party products is also beneficial.
To get to the point, it would be great if you could tick some of the boxes below:
- Good knowledge of industrial automation (OT) and products, HMI, PLC, I/O, industrial data communication, etc.
- Experience in manufacturing or Marine applications, both new applications and maintaining existing ones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, same skills in Swedish are a big plus!
And to get that golden star:
- Knowledge of JavaScript or another high-level programming
- Knowledge of CODESYS
- Knowledge of iX
- Knowledge of motion and/or drives
- Experience in Cybersecurity
