The opportunity

We are looking for a true champ who together with the team will develop the .NET software stack of our operator panels and our design software (IDE), which together make up our HMI platform. You have the ambition to achieve system mastery. If you also enjoy being part of a skilled and friendly team and want to evolve and succeed together with your teammates, you are very likely to be a good fit for this position. 

Your focus will be to work with our HMI software to allow our users to create intuitive graphical user interfaces and applications for operating their systems through our operator panels. The application runs on our proprietary hardware and interacts with our customers’ equipment through drivers. You need to be able to understand the wider context in which our product is used and to be able to communicate complex aspects, both with engineers, but also with other, less technical, stakeholders.

We’re currently at the beginning of a new phase at Beijer Electronics which means that the timing to join us couldn’t be more perfect.

You excel at:

• C#, .Net, .Net Core, WinForms, WPF 
• Unit testing and mocking 
• English, both verbally and written

Have hands-on experience of:

• Model–view–viewmodel (MVVM) 
• Test automation and continuous integration
• Async-await 

A pure bonus is if you:

• Understand the challenges of large codebases 
• Are familiar with agile ways of SW development  
• Know Win32 C/C++ 
• Have some experience in Secure Coding and Certificate Management  

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work from the office, in Malmö, at least three days per week.
